A. Operate manual

1) Install windows 2003 server OS in main server, open control panel, double kick the option of “SYSTEM”, open system property, choose long-range, kick “allow user to logon to this server distantly”

2) Add new user in main server and setup the password.

3) Connecting between the NC terminal and server by net line within the same local area network. If different IP address, please choose the option of the net-connection in the main server OS, open property, double kick “internet (protocol) TCP/IP, and set the IP address and gateway to the same address section of the main server (It is the same PC related setting) 

4) Boot NC terminal ,and kick the option of “connecting to the server ” , click “option” of dialog box .You can setup the username , password, color, distinguished rate .If you want the local serial equipment , printer ,U-Disk equipment to connect to the main server ,you should click the option of related equipment ( DISK ,print , serial) in local area. 

5) After setting , you should input the IP address or the computer name of the main server in the dialog box , you should kick connection of NC terminal .You can see the  logon dialog box interface of  the server , after inputting username and password, you can logon the server .It is the same procedure of PC.

6) How to use the printer of other NC terminal? After logging on the server, you should open “ control panel ” , secondly choose the printer setting , thirdly you can choose “add printer” , fourthly you choose “network printer” , fifthly you choose “searching printer” ,sixthly you can find the Pinter installed in the NC before , finally you should kick finished.

7) How to use the U-Disk in the NC terminal .After logon the main server, you kick the network neighbor, click “search the group computer” .After this, you can find NC terminal based on the computer name, and then you can visit the U-disk in NC terminal.

B. Operation skill

1) System safe mode: you should open the file direction: "c:\ program files", then search the file of “setting system securities”. After double kick, the safe mode is done. If safe mode open, the OS would be recovered each reboot, the same function as recovery card 

2) Setup and cancel the function of “RUN automatically when power on” .When NC boot, enter “DEL” of keyboard, enter CMOS setting interface. Choose and enter “ integrated peripherals ” ,then you should search for the option of “PWRON After PWR-Fail” , if you choose  “ON ” the function would be on ,  if you choose “OFF” , the function would be off .

3) Timely off function setting. Open the file direction C:\Program Files , search the file “ timely off” , kick your mouse ,choose edit .You can change the off time as your want in the opened txt file ,then saved and quit .After these steps, double kick “execute” to run the function.
